The Schafer's ATA Martial Arts curriculum provides a great way for adults to stay in shape. It won’t become dull or routine because as soon as you get better and continue learning, there are always more challenges ahead to keep you inspired and coming back for more!
The Black Belt Club at Schafer’s ATA is open to all students, regardless of rank. The goal of the program is to help all of our students achieve their goal of black belt excellence. In Black Belt Club, students use protech safety weapons that aid in developing coordination and building confidence. The self-defense tactics taught encourage students to avoid confrontation or control opponents in necessary circumstances. This is our beginning program, designed to get students started in martial arts. For 12 months, we help students build the foundation for the rest of their training.

We focus on the personal development aspect of martial arts, not just self-defense moves.
Our instructors are all certified black belts, qualified and licensed to teach martial arts.

Our Martial Arts classes' primary goal is to make sure our students have fun in a enjoyable, safe environment. Come and see a class for yourself - we all have a blast and our instructors do too.
No, our classes are a good mix of men and women of all fitness levels. Beginners train alongside some of the more experienced members, helping each other out in a enjoyable team environment.
When you begin your training, you will be in our Beginner Classes as part of our Black Belt Club (BBC) where you can take as many classes in that program as you want- including sparring and Combat Weapons. For students interested in developing their skills even more, we offer a Leadership Program that is added on to our BBC program. In Leadership, students can take advantage of specialty classes such as Hyper Martial Arts, Leadership, and Legacy.
